Casa Timoneiro is situated just outside the fishing village of Carvoeiro, 10 mins walk from the village's attractive beach. The villa and pool area face south with panoramic views to the sea. The north side of the villa looks toward the mountains.

It is a much loved second home to our family and is fully equipped with bed linen, towels, beach towels, etc, as well as being furnished to a very high standard.

The accomodation comprises the following :

• balconies facing both to the north and south

The kitchen is large and fully equipped with :

The villa features an impressive heated pool which incorporates a small children's paddling pool and poolside barbecue. The pool is cleaned and maintained regularly.

There is a well designed garden of approximately one acre which is secluded and well landscaped.

The villa is supervised by an English speaking local manager who is always on hand if required.

Casa Timoneiro has a large, well presented lounge and includes an attractively furnished dining area. Satellite TV is installed. Just outside on the patio is a shaded dining area which faces the pool.

There is also a utility room with an automatic washing machine, ironing board, iron etc. The maid works 4 hours every week day and will attend to all the housework and washing, etc.
